Question 3

What is the difference between a straight and curved stairlift?

Accepted Answer

A straight stairlift runs on a single rail along a straight staircase and is the most common, affordable type. A curved stairlift has a rail custom-bent to follow staircases with bends, turns, or intermediate landings. GentleRise installs both types for new and reconditioned models.
